Though the well-recognized downtown Olympia, WA Subway building located at 1023 Capitol Way S will remain the location for a popular Subway restaurant, the iconic building’s ownership has recently changed.

When the previous owner passed away, his estate asked Prime Locations for help with the sale of the property. With its recent closing, the property remains the well-known landmark that provides historic interest and rich contrast to Olympia’s streetscape.
