After graduating from Washington State University, I began my career in real estate accounting which allowed me the opportunity to move into property management and construction. That background enables me to focus on my goal of managing assets in a way that promotes consistent growth in revenue, profit, and value.
I like to take on properties and projects that are faced with multiple problems, identify those problems, and then develop and implement recommendations for positive results. This approach, coupled with my experience as a property manager and asset manager for residential and commercial real estate, has allowed me to effectively manage my client’s assets both financially and physically which, in turn, helps me create competitive advantages for my client.
While I never really ‘take off’ my property management hat, when I’m not working I enjoy camping, hiking, snowmobiling, quad riding, and spending time with my family and friends in the Pacific Northwest’s outdoors.
