Prime Locations offers a wide variety of management services, including property, facilities and asset management.  We manage assets across all commercial real estate product lines as well as multi-family assets.  Currently, we manage approximately 750,000 square feet of office, retail and industrial space and approximately 1,200 multi-family units.  Our innovative management approach reduces owner costs and subsequently increases their property values, all the while creating a first-class environment for tenants.  We have a long track record of tenant retention and proactive maintenance schedules that equate to increased value over the long term.  More important to us, however, is the intangible value we create.  Our managers, maintenance staff and vendors build relationships with our tenants that last years and consequently, create a culture that is conducive to the success of the tenants and in tern, the success of the landlords.  We value our reputation in the community and the relationships we create with our clients and tenants alike and attribute our success chiefly to that philosophy.
