Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions.  If you have a question that is not answered below, please call us at 360-943-9922.

1.When is rent due and how/where can I pay it?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month.  Rent can be paid by the following:
*On-site to your apartment manager – Money Order or Check accepted.
*Prime Locations drop box (located in the parking lot) – Money Order or Check accepted.
*Prime Locations business office M-F, 8:00am – 5:00pm – Money Order, Check or Cash.

2. What do I do if I have a maintenance request?

*Print out the maintenance request online, fill out the form and turn it in to your on-site manager.
*Complete a maintenance request form that is located at the office of your apartment community.
*If you do not have onsite management then you may call into the main office and we will fill out a work request for you.

3. What do I do if there is an emergency?

*Immediately contact your property manager.   If it is after hours then know what number to call and immediately call that number.

4. What maintenance in the unit am I responsible for?

*Replacing the battery on your smoke detector.
*Replacing a burnt out light bulb.

5. Do I need approval to modify the unit?

*You must provide a written request to your manager for modifications to your home and then wait for a written response from your manager for approval to make any modifications.

6. Do I need renter’s insurance?

*Renter’s insurance is not required, however it does protect your personal property damage in case of fire, water or wind damage.

Example:
*Fire breaks out on your stove and kitchen catches on fire. You will be responsible for all your personal belongings that are damaged.
*Hot water tank leaks and all your clothes get damaged, landlord will replace tank but not your clothes.
*The wind is blowing hard and a tree falls on the roof. Landlord will remove the tree and repair the roof but any damage to personal items will not be covered.

7. What is the move-out process?

*Provide a written 20-day move out notice to your manager. You will also need to provide your forwarding address.
*When you submit your 20-day move out notice ask your manager for the move out checklist. Follow the checklist so that you will be eligible for a refund of your security deposit.
